Position: Human Resource Business Partner Location: Downtown Los Angeles You are looking to join a collaborative HR team and continue to build our strategic vision in partnership with a dynamic leadership team. Your strengths lie in planning, implementing and administering strategic HR initiatives and programs including employee relations, performance management, leave management, and benefits. Counsel, coach and train management on performance management, employee relations, work environment issues, Federal and State employee leave programs, organizational change and leadership.
Partner in the development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures which support our goal to become the employer of choice within our industry.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
Oversee the onboarding process of new employees, guiding managers and leaders in the integration of new hires into the culture.
Coordinate performance management process for assigned business unit(s).
Investigate employee relations issues, complaints and conflicts in the workplace including appropriate documentation and follow-up. Provide guidance to employees and make recommendation for resolution to supervisors and individuals.
