Our client is an Ecommerce and Retail that manufactures quality holiday items such as custom made Christmas trees and wreaths, etc. We are hiring 20 – 25 seasonal employees starting as soon as Monday September 25th to assist our client during this festive time.   • Provide excellent customer service by assisting our customers in choosing the perfect Christmas tree.

  • Go above and beyond in getting customers excited about having a Balsam Hill Christmas.

  • Accurately complete transactions through the Balsam Hill website and with the use of apps like Square.

  • Restock merchandise as needed and perform other daily duties routine to retail. Required skills include:

  • Possess great sales skills. Retail sales experience a strong plus.

  • Detail oriented and an excellent problem solver.

  • Learn quickly about Balsam Hill's products and daily store operations through the provided training.

  • Proactive mindset with proven ability to follow directions and work with minimum supervision.

  • Communicate well with others and be a team player.

  • Proficiency with iPads. Retail Warehouse Associate What you'll do:

  • Retail: o Demonstrate exemplary customer service and selling skills. o Assist with daily store operations and profitability by achieving sales and operating targets. Communicate relevant customer feedback to Store Manager to help develop and execute strategy to drive sales and build customer loyalty.

  • Warehouse: o Assemble, test, repair, and inventory products. o Manage and coordinate inbound shipments, the orderly stacking and placement of product, and data entry. o Execute cycle counts, physical inventories and ensure the overall accuracy of the inventory stored within the facility. o Take pride in the appearance of the facility; take necessary action to maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding area.
