Requirements: Consumer Affairs Specialist Carlsbad, CA - Robert Half is working with a global leader in medical technology and services who is seeking to add Consumer Affairs Specialists for a temporary contract in their Carlsbad office. Ideal candidates will have 2 years' quality assurance or regulatory experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry, be detail oriented, and committed to learning the role in order to excel! Candidates with prior product complaint experience preferred! Responsibilities may include:
Evaluate incoming complaint information and maintain the record in the database
Follow up to obtain additional needed information. Use and maintain database(s), provide analysis and trending data on all complaints
Determine Reportability of complaints to Government Agencies
Ensure record documentation is maintained in a constant state of audit readiness
Communicate with groups performing additional investigation, including Technical Service, Manufacturing, R D, and Quality Assurance, as needed during complaint processing
Provide basic technical expertise and assistance in handling complaints to comply with current FDA and International reporting regulations
Review and interpret risk management documentation as it applies to the complaint event These positions will begin immediately after onboarding, and will last for about 2 months.
