          Job Description: Successful candidate will join Package Development and Power Integrity team in PC Client group to design the power delivery solution for the next generation mobile and desktop microprocessors. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Modeling and performing analog simulations for the entire power delivery path including the silicon and power grid, package, connectors, interconnecting modules and motherboard - Performing interconnect power and signal integrity analysis on next generation high speed interfaces - Providing the electrical analysis needed to make trade-off decisions related to package and platform design.- Develop routing guidelines for the power delivery network on package and on the motherboard - Perform lab measurements to validate the robustness of the power delivery network design and perform debug activities associated with it

          Qualifications:

          Minimum Required Qualifications:

          - A Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. You should have an extensive academic background in analog signaling behavior, circuit analysis, power delivery network modeling and electromagnetics.

          - 3 years of experience with high-speed interfaces
          - 3 years of experience with I/O buffer models
          - 3 years of experience with power and/or ground plane modeling
          - 3 years of experience with package parasitic models

          Desired Qualifications:
          - 2 years of experience with Voltage Regulator design
          - 2 years of experience with SPICE simulators and 2D/3D field solvers
          - 2 years of experience with analog measurement equipment such as VNA, O-scopes, TDR etc.
