Aerotek is looking for an Entry Level On Premise Recruiter

Job Summary: The On Premise Recruiter (OPR) is responsible for the recruiting functions and service of assigned key active accounts. The OPR is also charged with expanding the on premise relationship by providing exceptional service quality candidates as well as exploring all available new opportunities within the assigned key accounts. The OPR works directly with available recruiting resources and customer support to ensure that the client's hiring needs and the contract employee's payroll expectations are met.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure a high level of service to current key account customers and contractors

  • Identify qualified candidates for openings at key large accounts using all available recruiting tools

  • Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors, and proactively marketing ideal candidates

  • Allocate and collaborate with available recruiting and OP resources

  • Perform and / or oversee administrative demands, per client/customer specifications

  • Perform sales related activities including, but not limited to leading meetings at client sites and client manager, and contractor lunches

  • Achieve spread growth through saturation of assigned active large and local accounts

  • Leverage client value-add functions in maintaining accounts and saturating new business

  • Escalate saturation opportunities such as exclusive or national agreements to appropriate local and national Sales resources

  • Provide ongoing mentoring and development of other recruiters and OPMs

  • Recruit on reqs. outside of the VOP client but do not have the final management of those contractors for non-vop
