Randstad, one of the largest staffing firms Internationally for Office and Administrative Support roles, is looking for a temp to hire Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in the Livermore, CA area!


Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

General Information:

  • Temp to Hire

  • $20 / hour

  • Customer Service Representative

Working hours: Monday-Friday


Duties Include:

  • Assisting with Purchase Orders

  • Processing Orders into the system

  • Customer service

  • Heavy inbound and outbound calls

  • Handle escalated calls


  • 1+ years customer service experience or related experience

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Be able to multi-task

  • Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and positive demeanor

  • SAP Software for Order Processing is Required

  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook)

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus
