COMMISSIONING MANAGER
Leads and manages specialist personnel to provide a planned, documented and managed engineering approach to the start-up, commissioning and turnover of facilities, systems, and equipment to the end-user, resulting in a safe and functional environment that meets established design requirements and stakeholder expectations. Also, responsible for developing, maintaining, and advancing client relationships through sales strategies and client contacts, resulting in new contracts and added value for our clients as well as develops market opportunities to sell facility management services in collaboration with Consulting service line directors. · Partners with other Jacobs groups to identify new developments within multiple infrastructure markets and proposes growth-related initiatives. · Collaborates with professionals in the Consulting inside sales group. · Develops and maintains relationships with clients, operations and Commissioning practice Directors; cultivates new clients, develops long term relationships. · Tracks and shares client relationship developments with sales team through call reports and company Identity Program compliance. ·B.S in Engineering is preferredProfessional Engineer is preferredRegistered CxA is preferredLEED license is preferredMinimum of 15 years overall professional experience in which at least five years in a project management role is requiredMinimum of 10 years commissioning experience is requiredExtensive travel is requiredAbility to negotiate and must have superior presentation skills is require
