We have a great permanent opportunity for a Client Services Consultant. This position is located inWest Los Angeles. The primary responsibilities are to focus on receiving inbound sales calls and convert inbound sales lead calls to customers. Additionally, answer customer questions, enter customer orders, and follow-up with customers. The ideal candidate will type a minimum of 35 WPM, have excellent organizational skills, have attention to detail, strong empathy skills, and will be proficient in MS Office.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2-4 years of recent inside sales/customer service experience; excellent phone skills and MUST be Bilingual Spanish. Saturday rotation is required.
