Job Summary: The position is within the Stress Testing Aggregation work stream within FP&A that supports the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Dodd-Frank Act Stress Tests (DFAST) submission and associated activities.


  • Support the development, implementation and resource coordination of the Hyperion reporting framework required for firm-wide stress forecasting

  • Ad hoc SmartView reporting to support bankwide stress testing initiatives

  • Maintain existing stress testing calculators and ensure End User Computing (EUC) controls are followed and evidence.

  • Perform comparisons across scenarios and articulate the sources of difference in the results

  • Perform quality control checks to ensure consistent values and messaging

  • Aid in alignment of message and tables across broad capital document (e.g. executive summary, centralized forecast documentation, and appendix)

  • Assist in MRIA and MRA remediation efforts as required

  • Assist in internal process documentation as required

  • Assist in systems access and procurement of space and equipment for contingent and other resources

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or corporate accounting

  • Advanced Excel proficiency; ability to create complex spreadsheets, look up tables, pivot tables

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in data analysis and design, and data mapping

  • Excellent written communication ability

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Visio

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements

  • Understanding of banking products, financial statements, funds transfer pricing and risk management

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under time pressure and handle multiple tasks/projects at the same time

  • Problem resolution experience requiring strong financial analytical skills, sound judgment and ability to work effectively with clients and technical staff.

  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Planning a plus

  • Experience in CCAR/DFAST a plus
