          Project Manager (Construction Management Experience)
          Job Location: Los Angeles

          Description

          Project Manager -

          Responsibilities:


          • Participate in all aspects of project set-up, design and construction administration

          • Prepare project proposals

          • Responsible for administering the project from pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage thru procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout

          • Participate in developing project bidding strategy with the project team and purchasing department

          • Coordinate and integrate the activities of the Project Architect, Engineers and other support staff with the project scope

          • Support all project objectives and project requirements for the team

          • Manage aspects of scheduling, and project set-up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors

          • Proactively contribute to a growing team, comprised of project architects, interior designers, job captains and graphic designers

          • Develop and maintain client relationships, for both single projects and multi-project global accounts

          • Ensure projects conform to contract
            Qualifications:


          • 8-15 years of related experience, including a minimum of 5 years demonstrating success as a Project Manager


          • Professional degree (Master or Bachelor) with experience in Architecture or Interior Design and Construction Management

          • Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships

          • Strong leadership potential

          • Strong organization, communication and relationship management skills

          • Experience leading, managing and mentoring project teams

          • Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures

          • Ability to manage project scope and fees

          • Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on past projects

          • Proficiency with PM software: MS project a plus
