The Retail Sales Associate is the key resource for our retail customers in the Los Angeles area. This position is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience as well as supporting the sales initiaties of the company
Provide our customers with follow-up service, respond to their questions and concerns politely and accurately, set reasonable expectations, process returns and modify orders to ensure quality and excellent customer experience.
Communication and Teamwork.
Work collaboratively with others to continually improve personal, store and company performance.
Provide product feedback to managers, leads or merchandising to remain current on trends, customer request, product performance and inventory issues.
Ensure that the store is customer ready, clean, safe and inviting.
Prepare visual arrangement to ensure quality store appearance.
Maintain backroom and employee areas.
Safety & Loss Prevention
Follow inventory policies and procedures to ensure efficient and timely returns, corrections, store use, etc.
Ensure that product is safely stocked, handled and presented.
Ensure that loss prevention guidelines and objectives are followed
Process transactions and other operational procedures accurately and efficiently
Communicate with Leads or Management team any potential issues for timely and effective resolution.
Comply with all company policies and procedures

Moderate to high levels of English reading comprehension and active listening.
Moderate levels of English writing, speaking, mathematics, critical thinking, learning strategies, instructing, complex problem solving, time management, organization, attention to detail, reasoning, persuasion, coordination, service orientation, and confidentiality.

High School diploma or equivalent
One to two years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
Occasionally lift, carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
Continuously see with frequent visual acuity and balance.
Frequently hear, talk, stand, and walk on level surfaces.
Frequently have repetitive use of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers, and grasp.
Occasionally sit, stoop, bend, walk on uneven surfaces and climb stairs.
Occasionally reach above shoulders and squeeze.
Intermittently crouch, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and operate foot and hand controls.
Exposure to medium noise levels.
Exposure to moderate outdoor temperatures of cold and heat.
Exposure to mild indoor temperatures of cold and heat.
Flexible schedule and weekend availability required.
Occasional overtime may be required.
