Robert Half Technology Senior IT Associate in Los Angeles, California

Title: Senior IT Associate Provide information technology related services for our Headquarters users and limited support to our franchisee POS systems but will not be limited to the following:

  • Help to maintain IT environment

  • Systems administration (Exchange, Franchise Management Systems, SharePoint etc)

  • Manage server staging, shipping, and project tracking for all restaurant openings

  • Manage all daily/weekly reporting

  • Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers

  • Manage IT related tasks – Asset management, backup/disaster, office IT maintenance and helpdesk requests

  • Follow existing IT procedural guidelines and provide suggestions for revisions of IT policies and procedures by assessing organizational needs.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: o Knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Windows. o Network configuration and troubleshooting. o Experience in technical process documentation o Hardware and software troubleshooting skills. o Digital and IP phone setup and troubleshooting experience beneficial o Basic network printer setup and maintenance o Point of Sale experience a valuable o Experience in report generation o Applicant must be able to function well under pressure. o Ability to communicate and work well with others is essential. o Positive success driven attitude required. o Candidate must be passionate about IT.
