Robert Half Office Team Customer Service Rep. in Monrovia, California

A large research based organization in the Monrovia area is in need of a temporary Membership Coordinator. In this role you will be updating and maintain memberships so you must be customer service focused as you will be dealing directly with members and donors. Prior experience working within healthcare and passion for public health is ideal. Daily responsibilities of the Membership Coordinator consist of answering calls, creating new files for members and various clerical duties such as filing and faxing, scanning. Right now this is a temporary role of three months. The hours are from Monday - Friday starting at 8am - 5pm. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
