The Human Resources Manager will be part of the leadership team for the manufacturing plant of approximately 260 employees. This state-of-the-art facility opened in 2003. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

2) Building the necessary relationships with leaders to be able to lead & develop

4) Successfully manage significant business changes
5) Strategic staffing management for this high growth facility.
Successful candidates should possess:
3-6+ years of progressive HR experience in a large manufacturing corporation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a master's degree preferred.
Strong business acumen and HR leadership experience with a proven track record of acting as a HR business partner in a manufacturing environment.
Strong employee relations (building strong relationships with employees and leaders).
Proven ability to influence and interact effectively with business leaders.
Superior decision-making and client relationship skills.
Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business and clients.
Strong interpersonal counseling and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
Strong communications skills with all levels of employees ranging from production employees to senior management.
Need strong and effective communication skills to ensure total ownership of employee empowerment message.
Ability to build programs that support positive employee relations.
Enjoys spending significant time on the production floor to utilize HR as a strategic partner with operations.
Technical systems & special skills:
Appropriate federal and state regulations such as EEOC, Title VII laws
Experienced in working with Affirmative Action Plans
Have worked with and knowledgeable on FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA etc.
Knowledge and experience with benefit programs: 401(k), medical, dental, STD, LTD etc.
