Winston Retail Solutions is a passionate, talented and hard working team, responsible for the training, education and retail presentation for top fashion, image, and beauty brands including: Josie Maran, LaVanila, Supergoop, T3, Carol’s Daughter and many others
Job Description:
In this position, you will work as a Beauty Advisor for one of Winston Retail Solutions' beauty clientswhose natural based beauty products encompass skincare and color cosmetics.
Preferred Experience:
· 3+ years experience working with prestige beauty and skin care brands
· Experience working within the Sephora retail environment
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills
· Training/seminar experience
· Motivated by education and sales
· Makeup artistry experience
On Floor Priorities:
· Build relationships with store staff and management at each location
· Inform staff of the brand and product features & benefits
· Ensure all SKU's are represented on the sales floor
· Fill out beauty reports
· Before and after photography

This candidate must passionate about the beauty industry. This candidate is a self- starter, well organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate must be able to adjust to change, willing to work as a team member and do what it takes to get the job done.
