As we continue to grow we're looking for talented Project Manager's as well as Superintendents for Sacramento.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Overall planning, managing and overseeing healthcare projects

  • Scheeduling, working with PM, project planning, managing project coordination

  • Monitoring project quality and ensuring successful completion of project with quality

What You Need for this Position

More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • Construction Management

  • Commercial Construction

  • Healthcare Construction

  • Scheduling

  • Materials Management

  • Project Completion

  • Construction OSHPD healthcare projects experience.

  • Pre-construction

Nice to have :

  • Certifications/ Architectural degrees

  • OSHPD licence

  • High budget healthcare project history - ground up and renovation
