Sharp HealthCare Application Integration Architect, Enterprise Resource Mgmt in San Diego, California
The Application Integration Architect role within IT will provide expertise on integration points across solutions and platforms for prioritizing and maintaining end-to-end testing workflows. Focuses on strategy and architecting new concepts and has responsibility for an entire domain/group of technical application expertise. Acts as the knowledge hub between the disparate IT teams in order to provide direction, establish standards, and ensures necessary availability and core functionality of assigned application domains. Accountable for large-scale IT project initiatives as needed, continually provides project and domain forecasting expertise, and acts as a mentor to application staff across IT teams. Exercises discretion with independent thought and judgment. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

8 hour -Day shift; Weekends and On-Call as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information systems, or related field or appropriate experience &/or certifications may be substituted.
Must have experience in Experience in areas of HR, Payroll and Supply Chain.
Must have knowledge of hospital and clinic culture, regulatory requirements (e.g., JCAHO), and health care requirements as it relates to information security and privacy (e.g., HIPAA).
Must have Proficiency in applications supported by department (Includes: Lawson/infor, Ansos, Taleo, Health Stream) and understands concepts of creating highly available functioning systems and computer security.
Must have strong leadership skills and experience
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt, previous project management experience.
