Myriad Genetics, Inc. Clinical Rheumatology Liaison (Sales Representative) in San Diego, California
The Clinical Rheumatology Liaison (CRL) represents Crescendo in promoting Crescendo diagnostics along with the concept of Personalized Medicine (PGx) to both academic and community-based rheumatologists, and mid-level practitioners in their territory. The CRL will assure all logistical issues are managed with Health Care Providers (HCP’s).
Selling the physician on the value of the Vectra DA test and interpretation for more informed treatment decisions
Providing In-Service training to office staff
Working with local phlebotomy providers to streamline specimen acquisition
Delivering local talks and arranging peer to peer programs to groups that want to learn more
Coordinating with local health plans that are most relevant to these practices
attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events
BS/BA degree and mimium of two years of medical sales experience or demonstrated success in other sales capacities i.e.bio-pharma, molecular and/or blood test diagnostics or capital equipment
Documented successful track record in sales; history of being a top-level performer in prior roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Identify and implement an action plan to drive growth in territory
In-depth product knowledge and knowledge of disease states in current field of expertise
Must be willing to travel with overnight responsibilities
Models the “consultative sales” approach; recognized by others for excellent selling and presentation skills
Effective at overcoming obstacles and challenges utilizing problem solving skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of coverage and reimbursement issues
Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Valid Driver’s License
Experience in complex point of sale (i.e. diagnostics, infusible or Buy and Bill products and contracting)
