Job Description

•You will be accountable for overseeing the balance of supply and demand for an extensive and diverse portfolio of products.

•The scope of supply planning will span the full extent of the semiconductor supply chain from point of purchase to finished goods ship.

• Responsibilities: Schedule and review supply planning in MRP system, review commits back from our suppliers and own the supply of your portfolio from point of purchase to finished good ship.

• Partner with Sales Ops / Supply Operations / Finance / Business Operations / Business Unit to understand demand profiles, product life cycles, and business model strategies.

• Monitor levels of supply while holding moderate inventory, and minimizing E&O.

• Communicate regularly between functional teams, ensuring that all groups are informed of gaps to supply, pull-in, push-out, upside, ramp, HVM and EOL demand.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain teams including Global Capacity Planning and Asia Operations to highlight help needed areas that pertain to execution of supply planning.

• Build efficiency and automation into your process and disseminate to your peers.

• Develop your network and learn to influence across the organization.

Minimum Qualification:

• Industry experience in Operations and Supply Chain planning

• Experience with MS office skills (particularly Excel) and MRP/ERP

Preferred Qualification:

• Rapid Response experience Collaborate and work well within a team environment; be able to give and receive direction and possess strong attention to detail.

• Adaptability to a challenging and changing environment

• Semiconductor end to end process background with a technical understanding of front end Wafer Fabrication, Sort, Assembly, and Test processes preferred.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Comfort in making sound data based recommendations Build and foster strong relationships both internally and externally

Education:

• Required: Bachelor's, Business Administration and/or Industrial & Prod Engineering and/or Supply Chain

• Preferred: Master's, Business Administration and/or Industrial & Prod Engineering and/or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
