Robert Half Office Team Customer Service Representative in San Francisco, California
A fast growing company in the Financial District of San Francisco is seeking 3 Customer Service Representatives! The customer service representatives will act as a liaison, provide services information and resolve emerging problems that our consumer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This role will assist with orders, errors, account questions, billing, and other queries. Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate person when applicable
Identify and access customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Research and investigate lost packages
Manage customer questions and inquiries via social media accounts
Efficiently process refunds in a timely manner using multiple platforms
Assist sales department, shipping and logistics when needed
