Robert Half Office Team Front Desk Admin in San Francisco, California

Robert Half Financial Services is working with a Wealth Management firm to fill their Reception and Administrative position. This position requires a positive attitude and the ability to work well with a small team. At the front desk, you will be the first face people see and be the point of contact for everyone in the office when they need administrative help. Day to day duties include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all guests. Manage guest check-in process, and make sure every visitor feels at home during their time here.

  • Communicating with clients and coworkers through email and phone and assuring that everyone is accounted for during the day.

  • Supporting the rest of the administrative staff with keeping up with responsibilities, including organizing conference rooms and other clerical duties.

  • Own the front desk, and ensure that all deliveries and mail are organized

  • Assuring that resources are available to any and all in the office.

  • Assist in supporting our growing SF office with expansion and renovations
