Robert Half Financial Services is working with a FinTech company to fill a Front Desk position to start ASAP In the heart of the Financial District in SF, this well established FinTech company is looking to fill the position of the previous Front Desk Coordinator who got promoted internally. Utilize your bright personality, professionalism, and administrative skills on a daily basis and help make a difference in the office! Day to day duties include: - Being the first face people see when they walk in and greeting them with a great attitude. - Communicating with clients and colleagues through email and phone and assuring that everyone is accounted for during the day. - Supporting the rest of the administrative staff with keeping up with responsibilities, including organizing conference rooms and other clerical duties. - Assuring that resources are available to any and all in the office.
