The HR Coordinator reports to the HR Manager. The HR Coordinator is responsible for recruiting frontline, office and salary positions.
This position is responsible for providing recruitment metrics to the Western region. This position is located in San Francisco but will provide support for the
Bay Area and overflow for the Western Region.
Managing the staffing process including job postings, conducting phone screens and interviews, job fairs and conducting background and reference check
Hiring salary and hourly employees
Producing reports on HR related matters including attrition, recruitment, employee engagement, monthly labour reports and identifying variances
Forecasting of staffing requirement
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge to ensure organizational compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and providing HR advice to management and hourly employees
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
