Work You ll DoDeliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Implement the quality of deliverables and effectively support the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. Support day-to-day work and participate in setting engagement objectives including coordinating activities between work streams, defining structure and content of deliverables, developing work plans, and identifying areas of improvement. Develop practical solutions and methodologies; assist in developing thoughtware and point-of-view documents. Support team in developing benchmarks and best practices by conducting industry research and assessing financial market reports utilizing ISI Emerging Markets, IBIS World, Gartner, Forrester, and Kennedy to analyze clients' needs and support strategic analysis and recommendations. Oversee the development of templates for data analysis, process design, architecture diagram, solution prototypes, and data migration strategy using MS Visio and MS Excel. Design and implement of business solutions focused on achieving growth objectives utilizing MS Project. Formulate strategic recommendations and implement business improvements for customer relationships, supply chain, mergers and acquisitions, financial management and program leadership. Guide the development of business cases and financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel and Stakeholder Consultations. Lead team in utilizing project management tools, including MS Excel, to estimate resource allocation, schedules, and timelines. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Business, Commerce or a related field.Must have five years of progressively responsible experience providing strategic consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have five years of experience with:Developing benchmarks and best practices by conducting industry research and assessing financial market reports utilizing ISI Emerging Markets, IBIS World, Gartner, Forrester, and Kennedy to analyze clients' needs and support strategic analysis and recommendations;Developing templates for data analysis, process design, architecture diagram, solution prototypes, and data migration strategy using MS Visio and MS Excel;Assisting with the design and implementation of business solutions focused on achieving growth objectives utilizing MS Project;Formulating strategic recommendations and implementing business improvements for customer relationships, supply chain, mergers and acquisitions, financial management and program leadership;Developing business cases and financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel and Stakeholder Consultations; andUtilizing project management tools, including MS Excel, to estimate resource allocation, schedules, and timelines.85% travel required.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the stated field plus three years of experience.Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
