OfficeTeam are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to work in an established San Francisco Research Corporation. The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily office operations. The ideal candidate will lead by example, proactively provide support and guidance to operations and activities. This position requires creativity and resourcefulness to apply concepts, plans and strategies to achieve timely results. The Office Manager is expected to exercise judgment, prioritize work objectives and determine methods and systems to meet needs. We are seeking a self-starter who can take initiative and problem solve. The Office Manager will be expected to be a collaborative and engaged member of the team. This position requires the Office Manager to carry out physical filing, occasionally lifting office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds Other duties of the Office Manager include: digital filing help set up portals for new purchase orders reception duties, fielding phone calls assist with office supply ordering inventory onboarding new hires managing the office calendars for conference rooms/shared spaces ordering of supplies promote fun and welcoming office culture
