In this position you will be analyze fund activity and prepare estimates and tax return workpapers, maintain and analyze fund tax information and prepare tax allocation workpapers, coordinate with accounting/legal and investment team and participate in tax planning meetings and advice the firms senior management on complex tax structure implementation.
