The Brand, Communications and Social Impact (BCS) organization is looking for a Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager.
You ll play in two worlds. One being the strategist for our global brand campaign platform, playing a key role to empower regional marketers with the tools and resources to leverage the work consistently across regions. The other a liaison/advocate among regional teams to help execute campaigns, acting as the main point of contact between our HQ teams and regional offices for all things brand marketing.
Global Champion - Be an advocate and voice for regional partners at HQ while at the same time advocating HQ strategies across all regional offices, which will include regular travel to the regions and ability to work flexible hours to ensure regular collaboration with colleagues in other areas of the world.
Trusted Partner - Foster strong relationships with regional marketing teams and provide necessary support for all BCS related initiatives in-region including attending regional team meetings and offsites.
Brand Planner – With HQ and regional BCS teams, lead the planning and alignment process to ensure marketing programs consistently drive brand lift.
Marketing Strategist - Lead the global brand campaign platform development process by owning the brief, providing input into regional briefs, and guiding all creative work to be brand consistent.
Storyteller - Translate internal product priorities, brand objectives and business strategies into member-friendly benefit-driven stories.
Program Manager - Ensure teams are developing brand marketing campaigns within the global campaign process, allow teams to adequately provide feedback and successfully launch localized creative.
Team Captain - Collaborate with cross-functional leads (product marketing, creative studio, comms, marketers) and external partners (creative agencies) to take global ideas from conception to realization.
Company Expert - Be a resource for regional teams to understand information by having a beat on the LinkedIn business and be able speak on key initiatives.
7+ years experience in consumer tech brand marketing or agency strategist/planner roles
Experience working with International Partners
Project and agency management experience
Ability to plan and lead marketing programs from concept to completion.
Experience writing briefs and launching/developing brands using traditional and digital media
Experience managing external creative agencies across a wide range of assets and formats
Comfortable moving between business matters (e.g., brand, product, editorial) and collaborating throughout the creative development process
Strong interpersonal & communications skills to engage team members across all levels of the organization
Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams as well as collaborate with culturally-diverse country teams
Capable of connecting the dots at a high level and solving problems
