Robert Half is seeking a Project Coordinator/Scheduler to support the field offices in a multitude of ways including, but not limited to: all administrative process, drive and participate in company initiatives, support corporate offices in their field indicatives, business and continuous process improvement, customer loyalty, executive and headcount reporting, and incentive programs/reporting.

This is a contract position

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with Project Manager to develop and maintain cost and resource loaded project schedules.

  • Develop and maintain quality project schedules in alignment with industry best practices.

  • Gather project schedule information and data from key project stakeholders.

  • Prepares summary level schedules for proposed projects.

  • Work with the project team to establish sequencing, duration, and maintain the general logic of the project schedules.

  • Measure and track progress to activities and milestones.

  • Coordinate, report status, and ensure stability of project oriented work efforts.

  • Assists in resolving conflicting priorities which impact multiple projects.

  • Project point of contact for status updates, dashboards and project logs and tracking.

  • Coordinate with all organizational subject matter experts to ensure accurate reporting.

  • Obtain and document weekly status updates and prepare status reports for multiple projects.

  • Attend and participate in project status meetings.

  • Established ability to collaborate with a variety of people in various roles with different leadership styles.

  • Analyze project schedule performance trends by comparing plan against actual and baseline data; provide recommendations and guidance to the Project Manager.

  • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules for large IT or learning management system projects including WBS development, task definition, predecessor/successor linking, cost and resource loading, baseline setting, etc.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, or other scheduling software including use of dependencies, cost loading, resource loading, resource leveling, scenario planning.

  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, project-centric environment.

  • Understanding of project management and business processes and systems.

  • Manage information and data within various software and databases.

  • Knowledge of project control fundamentals with superior analytical skills.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project.


  • AA required BA/BS Preferred

  • 5+ years’ experience as project scheduler and or senior project coordinator.

  • Proven experience managing projects by anticipating, identifying, analyzing, and implementing risks mitigation strategies throughout their span of control.

  • Demonstrates ability to instantly establish strong rapport, trust and creates partnerships easily throughout corporate environment and the field.

  • Have an ability to understand (or quickly grasp) branch administrative priorities and terminology.

  • Service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (word, excel, power point, project); SharePoint.
