As a Senior Sourcing Specialist you will be in an individual contributor role and you’ll have responsibility for:
Developing and administering contract administration policies, systems, procedures and methods.
Providing interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations and may negotiate contract modifications, follow-up quotations, revisions, terms and conditions with vendors.
Reviewing and administrating long-term and/or blanket purchase contracts
Commercial contract issues, negotiations and/or administration of licensing agreements including renewal, new business, invoicing, credit holds, receivable issues and consolidations.
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Administering contracts in accordance with company and customer policies and procedures, provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents and reviews and evaluation of customer requests for changes in or revisions of contracts that involve technical specifications, cost, or schedule impact on the company
Use skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures including resolving a wide range of issues

The most successful new hires have had:
Four year degree in Business Administration or Procurement
Two or more years experience in the construction industry
Working knowledge of time reporting systems and procedures
Strong cost/efficiency focus and knowledge of the competitive environment
