Job Description: User Experience Lead is responsible for the overall UX work targeting multiple platforms (Laptops, Phones, Tablets etc.). S/he will further define the UX strategy and create the needed collateral in addition to leading the program UX activities, ranging from user research, interaction design and graphics to usability evaluation and product validation.
On a daily basis, s/he will be the key point of contact for all UX related activities, and will collaborate with various internal and external interest groups. This role requires overseeing that the schedule, content and quality requirements are met. Key part of the role is also to personally contribute to the design or other UX activities i.e. doing what is needed to make the program to successful. S/he will work closely with management, architects, engineers, UX requirement engineers, user researchers, etc. to enable delivering coherent and meaningful end-to-end experiences.
The candidate needs to be flexible, be able to work on multiple projects, and tolerate uncertainty and pressure. Positive can-do attitude is a plus. We are looking for candidates for both consumer and enterprise domains.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
BS in related discipline
-8 years of work experience in designing applications for PC, tablet and/or smart phones, preferably in the interaction design or product design.
-1-2 years of experience in project management / coordination and working as a lead designer
-5 years of product development from scratch to delivery
-5 years of experience with user centered design principles
-5 years of experience delivering presentations tio management teams
-5 years of experience with Design Portfolio
Desired Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with a few Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop)
-2 years of experience with Win8 UI, Android UI and/or Voice UI
Master degree in a related field
