Robert Half Office Team Administrative Assistant in Westwood, California

A real estate company based in the Santa Monica/WestLA area has an ongoing opportunity for an Administrative Assistant, they do want someone who can commit to full-time down the line. They are looking for someone who has a background in real estate, finance or professional services. In this role you will be handing phones, emails, schedules for both their customers and clients, expense reporting, reviewing contracts and general administrative support as requested. You must have experience working within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
