Job Responsibilities

Job Description "12+ years of Siebel experience

Prior experience designing Siebel environment for optimal performance, failover and scalability

7+ years of with installing, configuring and administering Siebel applications

7+ years of performance tuning of Siebel implementations

7+ years of system monitoring (Sitescope, HP Openview) and application performance management tools (Splunk or DCRUM or DynaTrace)

Experience with Siebel EAI integrations (Webservices, VBC, JMS, MQ)

Complex issue triage, investigation and coordination to closure including leading triage on major incident calls

Collate data for Proactive Service Improvement Initiatives (does not include code changes) including trending of incidents, root cause and other MI to identify improvement actions

Own and Drive data for Capacity/Performance Management

On call support and ad-hoc overtime as appropriate"
