What You Will Be Doing
-Prepares contracts, purchase orders, exhibits, templates, correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.
-Confirms that insurance requirements of all contractors and vendors are current and certificates are on file
-Maintains all files, logs and spreadsheets
-Orders office supplies
-Sorts, photocopies, and files
-Sorts and distributes mail
-Schedules travel and transportation as needed
-Follows up with vendors, contractors, and other departments
-Handles some billing activities, as assigned
-Provides administrative processing and distribution of RFIs, Submittals, ASIs and Drawing Logs
-Proactively creates organizational systems to benefit the team and department
-Attends work as scheduled to support the ongoing success of the company
-Other duties, responsibilities and special projects assigned
What You Need for this Position
At least 1 Year of experience and knowledge of:
Contracts & Insurance
MS Word and Excel
