Robert Half Office Team Administrative Assistant in La Habra, California

OfficeTeam is currently seeking a qualified candidate on behalf of a reputable company in the South LA/North LA area. Candidate will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Duties include general clerical, project based work, heavy data entry and communication with customers and clients over the phone and via email. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.   • Entry of project information within multiple companies

  • Subcontractor and supplier entries, and filing as needed

  • Perform day to day administrative tasks for the office team including record keeping, filing, preparing documents and organizing

  • Time management and organizational skills are necessary to ensure that multiple deadlines are met.

  • Maintain various logs, tracking and cross referencing procedures already in place

  • Accounts Payable- Entering of invoices and expenses, check processing, tax return preparation and vendor inquires and statement review.

  • Involvement with set- up and billing, budgeting, cost and closing of construction projects General Ledger
