Project Overview:

The Legal Contract & Product Operations team is a small team that focuses on supporting a legal team of over 200 people with contract management systems work; project management; reporting, analyzing and visualizing data; and managing operational initiatives and programs.

This Legal Contract & Product Operations Associate will be focused on gaining a deep understanding of the contract management system we work with in order to provide various types of support (mostly within our online contracting tool), manage projects around data reporting, analysis, and visualization, and have involvement in other operational initiatives as they come up.


-Support legal team members by advising on system capabilities and requirements for online template use cases

-Work cross-functionally to support contract template structure, uploads and maintenance in our online contracting tool

-Capture requirements and develop reporting solutions and adhoc analyses to meet the needs of internal clients

-Manage various operations projects as needed

Minimum Requirements:

-Minimum 4 years work experience - Legal, Admin, Project Mgmt/Coordinating a plus

-Experience working with databases, tools and systems

-Experience gathering and documenting reporting requirements & visualizing data through graphs and charts

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to self-start and self-direct projects when necessary

Nice to Haves:

-BA/BS degree in any field

-Project management experience preferred

-Experience with contract lifecycle management tool (contracting workflows, clause libraries, template management)

-Experience with online signature tool (such as Docusign or EchoSign)

-Data analysis skills, including working with and joining large datasets

-Proficiency in Google Docs and Spreadsheets
