The incumbent of this position will serve as a Library Manager, the incumbent serves as the expert professional information specialist and has full delegated authority and responsibility for developing, managing, and administering a comprehensive library program and overseeing all aspects of daily operations of the digital library and library programs for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). Additionally, the incumbent will provide employee development opportunities and collaborate with other team members to develop, manage and provide professional development training in areas of strategic importance to the facility.
