In the Administrative Assistant roles some of the typical duties are, but not limited to: - Answering phones and greeting incoming guests - Booking travel - Prepping Power Point presentations - Scheduling meetings - Maintaining the upkeep of conference rooms - Stocking/inventory for kitchen supplies (must feel comfortable unloading the dishwasher occasionally) - Ordering office supplies Ideally these companies are looking for candidates who have 1-2 years of administrative experience under their belt and a Bachelors Degree.
